Pixelman
They say heroes aren’t born — they’re made. But Pixelman? He’s the exception. I literally created him as a capital-H Hero: a man of action, fearless, selfless, always ready to jump head-first into danger, protect the weak, and save the world — and, of course, somehow walk away without a scratch. Huh. Guess I accidentally coded him some… plot armor, didn’t I?
To be fair, at first he was just an archetype — a rough sketch inspired by my favorite action movies from the ’80s and ’90s. But the hero he’s become in the current version of the Simulation? That’s entirely his own doing. His story long ago escaped the limits of my original code.
His journey as the savior of the multiverse began on the day monsters poured into his home world from the darkest corners of existence. Pixelman didn’t just fight his way through endless hordes and rescue Daisy — the unwitting cause of the invasion — he also set out on a perilous journey across uncharted worlds. There, he stopped the attack at its very source… and somehow managed to find me (honestly, I thought I’d hidden better than that).
I’ll never forget the day he showed up at the door of my digital hideout — well, kicked it down, to be precise. He became the first inhabitant of the Simulation to learn the full truth: the nature of his world, my part in its creation, and the mistake that unleashed the Bug. Anyone else would’ve spiraled into an existential crisis right then and there. But Pixelman just tightened his grip on his gun and demanded to send him straight to the Bug’s domain.
He fought the Bug in a brutal battle — and won. But when the monster fell, its code didn’t vanish. It fused with Pixelman’s, trapping him in the digital void between worlds. He sacrificed himself to keep the corrupted code from ever harming the Simulation again. No, these aren’t tears… It’s just raining again. Indoor rain. Happens sometimes.

UPD: Pixelman’s back! I have no idea how he escaped the deep layers of code, but according to his story…
[DATA REDACTED]
Huh. That’s strange. That’s never happened before. Could it be his code—
I need to check something. Right now.
