Patch Note 25.2

Chinese New Year and total moon eclipse in Update 25.2!

Daisy buys a mysterious box and accidentally opens a portal to a parallel world of Hua-Yun, where elemental spirits grant their power to chosen warriors. But there’s a catch: an ancient spirit named Heiyue has awakened, seeking to consume the moonlight and plunge the world into eternal night. Guess who’s gotta step up, close this Pandora’s box, and save the day (well, technically, a parallel one)?

The good news is that the Hua-Yun kingdom already has a small but determined resistance. And, of course, their own arsenal of unique weapons. Let’s take a closer look at what they’re packing in the parallel dimension.

Fiery and impulsive, as any descendant of dragons, Yang Hua favors the Flaming Lotus assault rifle, equipped with the SuperBurning attribute. Despite his temperament, he’s equally skilled with the Tian Deng sniper rifle. While it doesn’t boast the highest damage, it more than makes up for it with mobility, rapid fire, and effects like X-Ray Vision, Barrier, and Ricochet.

On the other hand, the calm and composed Shui Ling relies on his trusted Hua Hua Rifle, a custom modification of the Tian Deng rifle designed just for him.

What’s happening on the other side of the conflict? The sinister spirit Heiyue has a dark plan: to consume the moonlight and plunge Hua-Yun into eternal night.

And she has everything she needs to make it happen:

  • Waning Moon — a laser pistol that charms enemies and grants invisibility to its wielder.
  • Eclipse Harbinger — a powerful crossbow that blinds with its sheer might.
  • Moon Phaser — a mystical rocket launcher fueled by the radiant energy of moonlight.

By Heiyue’s side is her loyal companion, the Moon Sentinel. Armed with the Moon Crescent Whisper, a pair of fearsome scythes, he’s the nightmare of Hua-Yun. They say these weapons are used to frighten unruly children—and even careless warriors.

How do you take on such powerful enemies, the embodiment of absolute evil? Let the moon guide your path!

Battle other pixelgunners in matches and collect Lunar Stones. Of course, victories will earn you more than just participation. These stones will lead you to rewards reserved for the most elite warriors of Hua-Yun.

As the update winds down, it’s time to play a popular board game—Pixel Gun style!

Here’s how it works: score frags in battles and trade them for dice rolls. The better your skills, the more rolls you’ll get—and the greater your chances of earning awesome prizes.

The grand prize every pixelgunner should be chasing is the Pixel Games heavy weapon, firing rockets with random effects.
